Pullman Farmer's Market

Our first market was a blast! I was blown away by the gratitude and generosity of all the farmers/sellers/growers and customers.

We walked away with bags of free lettuces from Jason and Margaret of Omache Farm. In addition, we were given a seeded baguette, a muffin, and a tomato plant, and I think even more!

With a dough tray of dough left and 10 minutes left in the market, I exclaimed "5 dollar pizza sale!" And we fervently hammered out 10 or 15 more beautiful pizza pies to feed the hungry Pullman crowd. What did I learn? Pullman people love 5 dollar pizza, especially the one's with home-mode pesto on them:)

See ya'll next week...

Artwalk, Moscow ID, 6/15/12

Thank you to everyone that came out to Artwalk in Moscow and blew away our expectations! We sold out of everything we brought with an hour to go, which really shows what a supportive wonderful community we live in! It was fun meeting so many new people and next time we'll bring more ingredients!
Some of you inquired about catering. I look forward to chatting with you to plan out an amazing event. I swear you'll have my full attention unlike at Artwalk where I was busily making pizzas!

Artwalk, Moscow ID 6/15/12

Come catch a hot, fresh Whole Pie pizza this Friday from 4-9 pm at Artwalk in downtown Moscow, ID! It is our first public event!

Check out one of my latest creations using beautiful local arugula and purple chive blossoms from the wonderful Marci and Greg of Deep Roots Farm in Moscow ID!

Tessa volunteers at Deep Roots every friday. It is such a pleasure to develop a relationship with the land and people that produce food WITHIN  our community.  I hope you'll support Marci and Greg at the Moscow Farmer's Market and through trying out a Whole Pie Pizza!
